They also have some anti-spy ware program for your PC.
A Firewall-
A firewall is necessary to protect your computer while online. Its
sort of a security guard that checks all information going in and
going out of the computer system.

has a built-in firewall, you can download

Malware
detection/removal- Malware spy on your activity online and report
back to the company that made it. This often steals bandwidth and
also violates your privacy. Malware often hijacks your computer,
takes over certain areas, and can slow everything down.
Spybot offers a free anti-spyware program for your computer.
